I think StumbleUpon is all around better. Not only does it get you more traffic, but it's usually targeted traffic at that, and some people stick around. I submitted the same article to both Digg and SU today and got 80 hits from the SU in an hour and 6 from Digg. The SU users seemed to stay much longer. I think Digg users are looking for something quick, some fast entertainment. SU users take their time. I like StumbleUpon more than I like Digg.
