There are different ways to go about blogging. If all you care about is getting a lot of readers, etc. then as a blogger you would have to do what the readers want. But then, there is no specific way to blog. If you do something unusual and there's a reaction of people saying, "that goes against what blogging is about" - they're wrong. I checked out your blog and I think it's pretty interesting! Starting out as a blogger is extremely tough. Makes me feel better about my blog. I started only two months ago, and perhaps the best piece of advice I got was "You're looking at blogging all wrong. You have to do it for yourself.
