A Huge Thank You to My Sponsors!

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Exactly a month ago, August 21, I ran my first batch of link sales where each link cost $5. The low price was for multiple reasons - it was the first time I’d ever sold text link ads, I wanted to help some other deserving bloggers out there without requiring them to spend a fortune, and besides all of that this blog still doesn’t have PageRank thanks to our domain switch and the very belated update. But now the month has ended and it’s time for me to give a HUGE thank to you and a permanent link to my sponsors, who were the first advertisers here on Super Blogging. Drumroll please…

They’re all great blogs and I highly recommend you checking out each one of them and consider subscribing so you can get their great content delivered to you right when it’s posted.

To my sponsors: I hope the traffic and exposure you received was worth the five dollars. Please leave a comment or use the contact form and let me know of the results if you have the time, and if you have any suggestions for how future link sales could be improved.

Thank you! :)

That’s a fairly intricate way of making money off your blog despite not having any pr. I’m surprised being so traffic savvy, you haven’t jumped on the BlogRush bandwagon, although it’s still in beta stages, I say it’s better to sign up now, because in future John Reese may decide to put a price tag on it. Who knows?

@AOP - It’s crazy how literally every blogger in this niche is in on BlogRush and has made a post about it. I will certainly be checking it out once I have my own computer repaired and have the time to do things besides write a new post or reply to comments. Thanks for the heads up, and have a great weekend. :)

Thanks for the link Tay. As far as Blog Rush concerned I don’t think it will bring much traffic at all and I would definitely not waste space in my sidebar for a widget.

@Sandra - At first when I heard about it my thoughts were negative, but then I decided I need to give it a look over myself before I develop some opinions. I will probably agree with you, but I’m still going to try it out. Thanks for sharing your views! :D

@OnlineXCasinos - In the very close future I will be coming up with new advertising spots for sponsors, when I get my computer back and am able to work on them. I will most likely have new banner placement and text link ads. When I begin this new phase of advertising you’ll be the first I contact. Thank you. :D

@Watch Traveler Online - I’m sorry your sponsor didn’t keep their promise, but I can’t really take any sides until you tell me what that promise was and what the agreement and advertising was. Anyway, even if you do have one untrustworthy sponsor, that is no reason to declare your hate on all sponsors. If you want to make money online, then you should be talking about how much you love sponsors! Link to them, appreciate them. They’re your income!
