Actually, I agree with you - passion is the important thing. But a person can love the topic they’re writing about and still make money online with it. Making money off a blog doesn’t automatically just make the blog another income stream - it can still be important in the heart of the blogger.

Well, people will fail at blogging because they DO try it for the money, so “wrong intention” is the reason why they will fail - per Buddhist logic. The best bloggers are the ones who write with their heart and the passion for the subject matter shines in the writing. So, ultimately, these bloggers are writing for the sheer love of writing - which is truly right intention. And, so they won’t give up because they are doing something they enjoy - writing about a topic or area of personal interest. So, you are partially correct, but successful bloggers are writers who really love what they are addressing, and for that reason they will never give up.

Blogging is something that, for most people, has to built up over time. I know it’s hard when you feel like you’re going nowhere but believe me, if you keep working at it and set yourself goals (and you strive to complete them), you’ll quickly be inching your way to the top. :)
