Make Money Online With PepperJam Network

March 11, 2008

Affiliates One of latest and greatest ways to make money blogging is the PepperJam Network, which is the newest service on the scene. I already have to say it’s one of my favorites because it’s useful and unique. It’s not another program that acts as the middleman for ads on your site like banners, links, and paid reviews (think TLA and ReviewMe), but instead it makes affiliate marketing a LOT easier.

PepperJam Network is, in a nutshell, a site where you sign up and can immediately be connected with dozens of affiliate offers you can promote to earn money. You can join merchants and start promoting them with banners and links, and you can be paid either by a percentage of the sales or a solid lead. Here’s a little about them, copied from their website:

Pepperjam is one of the true pioneers of affiliate marketing having started out as an affiliate and then successfully building one of the largest, most respected and recognizable full-service internet marketing agencies in the United States.

Pepperjam Network addresses the two primary shortcomings of other networks, namely (1) poor, unreliable communication tools and (2) lack of affiliate transparency.

Pepperjam has been managing and consulting with affiliates and merchants on how to build successful and sustainable affiliate marketing businesses for nearly a decade.

Pepperjam provides advertisers and publishers with resources and education to help make the most out of affiliate marketing.

Pepperjam Network is a culmination of eight years of development and includes the input and consultation of hundreds of affiliates and merchants.

Many others have written about PepperJam too, and most love it, including me! PepperJam has been in the works for years and finally made their debut on January 15, 2008, so you know they’ve got to be good – and trust me when I say they are! PepperJam Network is home to merchants and bloggers alike, uniting them and benefiting them both.

So How Do You Make Money With PepperJam?

Sign up for PepperJam, and then it’ll all be pretty easy income from there. Basically you can search for all kinds of merchants you’d like to promote, and then when you find them, you team up with them with the click of a button. Most merchants auto-approve you, which means you can get started making cash with them right away, but some others must manually approve you first, to make sure your site is quality and will send them sales or sign-ups.

You also have your dashboard, where you can view all your merchants and offers. From there, you are able to grab codes for banners and links to promote them – your referral code is attached to those ads so you’ll get money for every sale or sign-up you generate! For example, if you sign up for merchants like SEOMoz or Text Link Ads, like I have, you can use all kinds of different size banners or many different text links. If someone signs up after clicking on those, you will get a certain amount of money per lead. For some programs, you get a percentage of the sale you generate, such as 10%.

If you have empty ad space, then sign up for PepperJam and place an affiliate ad there – who knows, if someone signs up under it you could earn a nice sum! Whenever I have some available 125×125 ads in the sidebar, I’ll be sticking merchant and affiliate offers from PepperJam there – not only will those be relevant and possibly beneficial for my visitors, but they might generate me a sale. (If you’d like to purchase a 125×125 ad here instead, click here!)

No matter what your blog or site is about, there will always be offers to take on PepperJam Network. There are SEO service offers, web hosting offers, weight loss product offers, furniture offers, shopping offers, and more. You can monetize any type of audience, so branch out a little from selling just private advertising and promote OTHER sites to get a large cut of the cash!

And if STILL none of that sounds like anything you’d be interested in (even if that’s where the money is and you’d be missing out), you could also try PepperJam ads, which resemble Adsense ads except you can mix and mash ads from all your merchant offers to create something unique and profitable for you and your site.

Interested? Sign up for PepperJam today!

New Blogginh network in town. Anyway, it’s an interesting service, but I saw many and many others and for the moment I don’t have the biggest interest on this.

    @Blog Review Exchange,

Would you mind letting me know the other services you like? So far, Pepperjam is probably one of the best I have ever found. It’s possibly my favorite. But I’m always interested in expanding!

All you have to do is sign up, and then you can search for affiliates you want to promote and make money with on their site. Some of them you can click one button and be accepted in their program immediately, others must approve you first. Once you’re in, you just look through their banners and links, copy the code, and paste it wherever you want to promote the product. If someone buys, signs up, etc. through your banner or link, you will either get a flat-out payment or a percentage of how much they spent, depending.

I had never heard about this particular web service but if it can help get in touch with relevant advertisers, then it’s worth reading a bit more about it.
